As Senior Town Planner & Director for CMI Planners Christopher's role within the firm involves operating in the areas of strategic planning, urban design, development planning, rural planning, enforcement, expert witness at court, development plans, planning appeals and waste & minerals planning, amongst others. His wide ranging and in-depth knowledge covers all aspects of planning.

Christopher has a wide and still expanding client base which has developed over the years from personnel referrals and success rates alone. To date the firm has grown from reputation alone and has yet to undertake any marketing in order to generate business.

Christopher has wide ranging policy & planning legislation knowledge, but his specialism lies within rural planning, residential development, industrial planning, planning appeals, renewable energy and enforcement work.

Christopher's experience means he is well placed to provide accurate site appraisals, strong planning advice and attend both site hearings and informal appeal hearings on behalf of clients.

His role as director for CMI involves maintaining client relationships and providing a personal and friendly service are of the utmost importance. And to ensure this is upheld he visits every new client at a time and place suitable to them. Chris is on hand every day to answer any concerns a client may have with their project and meet with them in person to provide regular updates irrelevant of project size or value.
